The room had a few things broken upon arrival (window, power points, hairdryer). There was quite a bit of dust on Feb skirting boards and there were no spoons for the coffee/tea that would’ve been helpful. 1 Elevator was still out of order. A bit further out if wanting to be close to CBD shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were lovely. I would say it’s overpriced though comparing other cheaper hotels I’ve stayed in

Staff team is super friendly and kind. Specially the restaurant staff. They are amazing. Food restaurant is a great one, beautiful breakfast and good coffee. Room is comfortable, bed is ok, pillows ok. Not luxury but for the price is fine. I had nice sleeps . Just one night a room neighbour TV was with a loud volume, l tried to call the reception but phone wasn't working.

The discounted cooked breakfast was huge for the price.....yum!! The bed was ok. The room was great, including a nice big TV and fast internet. There are restaurants close by, and it's only a 25 min walk to the centre of the CBD.

The staff were the best staff we have encountered at our stays to date. They couldn’t do enough for you. The property was clean. But a microwave oven in each room would be perfect for those that don’t buy take away foods.

Very central, good parking , evening staff Abby was very extremely helpful changing our room as the lift had stoped working & I could not walk up to level 5 Abby is a very capable lady
